She has held senior roles at Sage and most recently Tapcheck, where she scaled product marketing during a major funding round. At Alto, Sara leads the marketing function, building the strategy that helps agents see the full value of Alto.

Barbara has been with the business for nearly 20 years, bringing extensive expertise in training, online education and customer lifecycle management. As Director of Service & Delivery, she oversees onboarding, data migrations, operations, websites, training, support and customer solutions. A passionate advocate for customer-centricity, Barbara is committed to driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional outcomes for customers.

Luke is an operations and transformation specialist with a background in SaaS scale-ups, shaping the commercial models that underpin growth and success. At Alto, Luke focuses on operational excellence, business systems, and process improvements that ensure the company can scale quickly and serve customers more efficiently.

Stu is a partnerships powerhouse with 14+ years of experience at NetSuite, Brightpearl, and Sage. He specialises in building ecosystems that fuel customer success and revenue growth. At Alto, Stu is reinventing the partner model — building an open, agent-first ecosystem of integrations and alliances designed to give customers more choice, more freedom, and more value.

Quynh Anh is a strategic leader with over 10 years’ experience driving growth for businesses across various sectors including real estate and technology. She has held senior roles at Zoopla and Houseful where she led pricing, and prior to that, KPMG as a senior member of the Growth & Pricing Strategy team. At Alto, Quynh Anh oversees commercial strategy and analytics, shaping the commercial direction of the business and ensuring agents realise greater value from the platform.

Kush brings a decade of financial and commercial experience, including advising technology and private equity clients at EY, followed by finance leadership roles at Zoopla. At Alto, he leads commercial finance, guiding financial strategy and investment decisions in partnership with leaders across the business to drive Alto’s growth and strengthen the value we bring to agents each day.

Leading our Product, Design and Research teams, Owen brings over a decade of experience in complex B2B software and data products, including five years spent directly within the property sector. He is passionate about advancing the property industry through technology, education and legislative change.

With over 15 years of software engineering experience, Dan leads Alto Software Group’s engineering division, delivering scalable CRM solutions for estate agents. Having driven technical innovation across fintech, insurtech, and proptech sectors, he champions high-performance engineering culture, drives technical innovation, and bridges technology with business strategy as a Senior Leadership Team member.

Esther leads the strategy and execution of all people-related functions. Her expertise covers the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and engagement. With over 20 years’ of experience in fast-paced technology and FMCG sectors, Esther is passionate about building an inclusive culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent, making ASG a great place to work.
