A couple of years ago, we debated the future of Jupix. That caused concern. We listened. We saw how much Jupix matters. We changed course.
Here, we sit down with Ric, our CEO, to answer the questions we’ve been hearing most often — and to share what’s next for Jupix.
Q&A with Ric
Q: Why did we decide to keep and reinvest in Jupix?
Jupix is one of our most loved products. It consistently delivers for our customers, especially in lettings, and it’s central to how so many agencies work. We underestimated its value, not just in terms of features, but the trust it’s earned. You made that clear.
So, Jupix is staying. We’re investing in it. We’re focusing on stability, performance and the features you told us matter most.
Q: Will we still be asked to move to Alto?
Alto is still our core growth product, and for many agencies, it’s a brilliant fit — especially if you want to scale or standardise operations. But the real priority is customer choice.
We’re not asking every Jupix customer to migrate. We’re making sure both products deliver real value. In future, migration will only be recommended when it’s the right fit for your business. And that will remain your choice.
Q: What are the first priorities for Jupix development?
The core of our strategy is simple: do what’s best for our customers and act on what they’ve told us they need. That’s why we’re starting with partner integrations. Modern agents want a connected ecosystem that lets their most critical tools work seamlessly together, and integrations deliver exactly that. We’re actively speaking with partners who share this same vision – aligning their development priorities with what our customers are asking for. This way, we can deliver immediate improvements faster, with functionality that can be utilised immediately and is also built for long-term value.
Q: How can customers influence what’s next?
You’ve already helped shape some big strategic decisions, and we’re just getting started. Jupix has an exciting future ahead of it, and it’s driven by your feedback. Together, we’ll tackle important compliance changes like Renters’ Rights and Making Tax Digital (MTD) — where we’ll support agents in turning these updates into new opportunities — and roll out features like real-time portal leads. We can’t wait to keep working side-by-side to bring these improvements to life.
