Access your personalised onboarding hub
Once your Alto contract is signed, your dedicated onboarding coordinator will send you login details for your personalised hub. This hub is your all-in-one guide to onboarding and outlines every step, this will become your holy grail throughout the migration process.

Keeping your account secure
For security, your business email domain will be whitelisted. The first time you log in, you’ll verify your email through a confirmation sent to your inbox. Use the same email and browser for seamless future access.
If you don’t have a business email, your onboarding coordinator will set up a password for you and send this to you separately.
Only one team member needs to complete the initial setup forms, but you can share your hub with others once it’s configured.
